Midweek Mincha: Engaged Spiritual Practice
Wednesdays (March 17, 24, 31, April 7, 14, 28, May 5, 12)
2:30-3pm EDT
Join yeshiva faculty for a midweek practice session of song, word, gesture, and silence. Each leader will choose chants, stretches, sitting instructions, a brief teaching, writing or reflection prompts, etc. Spiritual practices and exercises are based on traditional and non-traditional prayers. All texts will be shared as a document or as share screen. Optional: bring your own siddur. We will conclude each gathering with mourner’s kaddish.
